Directive, SOP and guideline on safety training at NTU
NTU safety training directive, SOP and guideline are applicable to staff and students who may be exposed to workplace hazards. They shall be provided training and information concerning the particular hazards that may be posed and how to deal with such hazards in a safe manner.

Safety training requirement at SCBE
All staff and students shall adhere to the training requirement specified in the SCBE safety training matrix. Safety induction is mandatory for all new staff and students. Core training courses are compulsory. Specific training courses are required based on research work activities carried out by the individual staff or student. Supervisors shall evaluate the training needs for their staff and students. SCBE Safety training request form should be submitted upon completion of all required safety training courses.
